Our Vietnamese Orientation Course is back this year to assist you in navigating cultural norms and etiquette, giving you the confidence to work seamlessly with Vietnamese partners! This interactive, hands-on course will guide you through the essential dos and don’ts of Vietnamese culture and business practices. You will gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s economic and cultural landscape, and immerse yourself in real-world business scenarios that sharpen your verbal and non-verbal communication skills. By the end of the course, you will be fully prepared to navigate business interactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity, ensuring your collaborations in Vietnam are both effective and impactful.

- 10.30 – 10.35 AM: Greetings and introduction about the Economic and Commercial Section of the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium.
- 10.35 – 10.40 AM: Greetings and introduction about BVA.
- 10.40 – 10.45 AM: Greetings and introduction about hub.brussels.
- 10.45 – 10.55 AM: Short video about Vietnam.
- 10.55 – 11.25 AM: Economic and business overview of Vietnam, presented by Mrs. Tuyet Trang Tran, Economic and commercial Counselor representing the Government of the Brussels Capital Region in Hanoi.
- 11.25 – 11.30 AM: Short video about Vietnam tourism.
- 11.30 – 12.00 PM: Vietnamese Culture & Business Practice, presented by Mr. Tran Ngoc Quan, Head of the Vietnamese Economic and Commercial Section to the EU.
- 12.00 – 12.30 PM: Q&A session
- 12.30 – 2 PM: Lunch with Vietnamese dishes.
- 2PM: Conclusion of the session and gift for participants.
