1. From 18 March 2020, please take note of our weekly office opening hours on Monday, from 11:00 – 12:00 and Wednesday, from 11:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.
2. To join global endeavors in combatting the rapid spread of COVID-19, the Embassy of Viet Nam in Belgium will temporarily terminate all applications for travel visa entry to Viet Nam, effective from late Friday, 13 March 2020. We will provide necessary updates at the earliest convenience.
3. Visa can be provided for high knowledge and skill experts, worker and business people. Condition: your partner in Vietnam contact Department for Labor, War veterans and Society of province where your partner located. After get the permission, your partner submit the document to Immigration Department of Ministry of Public Security at 44 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi. After that, your partner need register with Department of Health Care of his province for your social-distancing place. You need to test COVID 19 at 72h prior to your departure by WHO certified lab.
